This first class is all about learning the true meaning of “lyrical” and taking you through everything you'll learn in the series. We’ll start with a warm up that offers the perfect combination of stretching, technique exercises, and movement. Join Jess & Lex for Intro to Lyrical and work your way up until you're ready to join Master Class instructor Mark Meismer and Autumn Miller in their Intermediate and Advanced Lyrical classes!
