Having a good attitude is key in life... and in Krista's class! This class starts off with a strong warm up that includes core work, balance, inner thigh control, and lots of stretching. Travel across the floor working on back attitudes, front attitudes, and side attitudes. This class is a great way to keep your 'attitude' in check!
