A fun, cool trick to add to your repertoire. We'll start with a warm up, working on arabesque placement into a penché. The trick itself will involve a chaine turn into a penché that turns! We’ll start off with a promenade heel and then try the turn with a high releve. Our focus will be to understand how to create balance so your head, shoulders and feet are in alignment while being in a penché.
