This fast-paced, advanced technique class begins with a warm-up that challenges your balance, strength and stretching. It also includes brand new core exercises! Then, you’ll work on progressions across the floor, working on battement placement and control, and a new turn combo that’s great for small spaces! Rounding it all out, we'll work on jumps, including firebirds, arabesques, and saut de Basque!
