A solid warm up for balance and core exercises, then we'll move into battements that incorporate cardio! This class also touches on progression ideas, and we'll practice turn exercises and a la secondes, which require balance and control. Control is an important element to master your turns, and it helps with other key technical aspects. Finally, we'll end with arabesque jumps and calypsos!
