Take class with our Academy students! You can grab a friend to begin class with partner stretches, then Krista takes us through a warm up, including floor work, core, and back flexibility exercises. Then let's go across the floor, working on extensions and penché balances. And finally we'll practice our pirouettes and coupe turns before winding down with some fun tilt and firebird jumps!
