This class focuses on core strength warm ups, stretch and conditioning, along with more advanced turn combinations, including a la seconde turns, along with a la seconde practice exercise, and a turning float combination!

This class focuses on getting a more flexible back, as well as strengthening exercises for your back. We'll also work on fan kicks and placement for extensions, and learn and refine Lay Outs along with a bonus trick that incorporates it all!
