An advanced technique class with Krista Miller, focused on a la seconde turn combos! If possible, grab a partner to help with the warm up that highlights core strength, stretch, and conditioning. Then, you can use a ballet bar or even a chair to work through balance exercises that will help improve your turns! And finally, we'll practice and learn three new turn combos involving front attitude, back attitude, and floats!
