Trick Tips: "Leg Progressions" / Krista Miller

Today's a great day to work on legs, legs, legs! Krista starts the class with a small warm up using yoga blocks to help us stretch our splits and warm up our hamstrings and hip flexers. Then let's move into breaking down a progression that includes an arabesque, a fan kick, and a back attitude. Krista works through the body position and placements of each move, along with a demonstration of how to smoothly transition the steps.
