Let’s learn a firebird jump and take it one step further with a surprise firebird leap! We’ll get started by stretching and strengthening our backs while getting ready to hit proper positions. Then we'll walk through a “basic” firebird before adding the surprise firebird leap, which is actually similar to a firebird jump! Each detail and position is important as we prepare, move through the motion, and exit the leap, so make sure and pay close attention to the details!
