Let's work on our summer strength with a new conditioning class from Krista. We'll be working on our legs and arms while keeping that core tight. This workout is more catered to the advanced dancer, but Emma will demonstrate some modifications to the exercises for all levels. Have your water handy and get ready to sweat!
