Jumps for small spaces part two. Start off with exercises for legs, including lunges, hamstrings, glutes, and quads. This Class is focused on jumps that can happen in most real world small spaces. We'll work on Reverse Jumps into a small Coupe turn, then walk through a Saute de Basque Jump adding into a tilt jump. Finally, we'll break down a barrel ump into a Calypso Jump. Level: Advanced
