Join Krista Miller and her assistants for a fun Halloween themed technique class! First it begins with stretch and conditioning that focuses on hamstring and inner stretches for great across the floor work, then core exercises. Moving across the floor we'll work on slow and controlled battements, fan kicks, arabesque, and leg hold combinations. Then, let's do warm-up jumps and even a renverse. And finally we'll work on a calypso leap and firebirds!
