Improv is the art of creating something on the spot and letting the music move you in the present moment. This class is an introduction to Improv, which allows you to discover your own unique style. We’ll focus on varying levels, and how it allows your body to travel through space in new ways. It’s important to remember there are no boundaries, and to always move from instinct. Take your time, explore, and have fun!
