Work with Krista on balance exercises involving pirouette positions such as holding the passé. We'll also incorporate hamstrings stretches and flexibility exercises. Always remember how important it is to concentrate on our core work and balance! Then, we'll work on incorporating pirouettes into pencil turns, alternate regular parallel pirouettes, and even turned out pirouettes.
