Our intention going into today's class is to emote the storytelling lyrics of an emotional song. But it's Alexis's contemporary combo, so of course, it's still a cardio and technique challenge. We'll also get a sneak peak of some of the this year's Launch and Academy students at the end of class as we practice together. Don't forget to post your videos so we can see your progress!
