Get ready for a well-rounded technique class! We'll work through a solid warm-up, then move across the floor, all while focusing on using our core through exercises. Then, we’ll move into battements, arabesques, and penchés, which will help to build our balance and strength, while also incorporating a strong, supporting leg. Finally, we'll wrap up with some pirouettes and a calypso chassé surprise jump!
