This choreography comes from a very personal, special, and emotional place, as Lonni created it during a tough time. Her message to you, is that when you're going through something in life, there IS light at the end of the tunnel. When you find yourself in a dark place, do your best to not take life for granted, because not only is it the good and the bad emotions that define who we are, but how we choose to move forward from there. The lyrics of this song serve as a gentle reminder that all feelings and moments are temporary, and that it’s important to live our lives to the fullest.
Lonni uses dance as a reminder of how lucky she is for the life she has, and she encourages you to do the same by tapping into your own experiences, and letting the choreography make you feel your best, and just let go.
