For this class, we'll warm up with balance and core exercises, then move into battements that incorporate cardio! Next, we'll practice turn exercises and a la secondes that require balance and control. Control is an important element to master your turns, and it helps with other key technical aspects. Finally, we'll end with arabesque jumps and calypsos!
