We'll start with a strong leg workout that includes balance, penché, arabesque, and more! Then, we'll continue into stretching through the hamstring, inner thigh, and straddle positions. As we progress across the floor, you'll learn new ideas to warm up for jump practice! We'll then finish with three different “Surprise” leaps including, Surprise Front, Surprise Second, and Surprise Firebird leaps. This is a great class to build stamina and practice height in your jumps!
