A class focused just on the foundations! Let's warm up with core exercises and inner thigh stretches, then go back to the core elements of technique as we work on battements with an arabesque, inside illusions, and six-step pirouettes. We'll then work on some fun challenges involving four corner six-steps, and finally we'll finish off class with a cardio kick exercise!
