Pay close attention as they break down the importance of body alignment, and the ways your hand and hip placement can contribute to your stability in this trick....
A great warm up to take before a class or on its own for regular conditioning. This warm up focuses on cardio and flexibility. Let's work on splits, core, and squats. If you have work-out-blocks, make sure to grab them for this class.
