We’ll start with a warm up, working through hamstring stretches, alignment, and penché stretches. Then we’ll work on our cores, with a focus on muscles for better balance, and finish the warm up with inner thigh work, splits, and lower abs.
After that, we'll move on to work through some progressions across the floor, including battements, arabesque’s that transfer into fan kicks, turning combo's that focus on pikes and pirouettes, and finally, arabesque jumps. Phew! Hold on tight ...:)
