We’ll start with a warm up, working through hamstring stretches, alignment, and penché stretches. Then we’ll work on our cores, with a focus on muscles for better balance. Finally finishing with inner thigh work, splits, and lower abs. Warmed up yet? Now it's on to progressions across the floor, including battements, arabesque’s that transfer into fan kicks, turning combo's that focus on pikes and pirouettes. All rounding it off with arabesque jumps! Wow, that's a lot. Here we go!
