Starting with a strong warm up focusing on inner thigh strength, balance, core, and stretching, we'll then take it to the floor with some fun exercises.
Next up, we'll work through a slow and controlled battement exercise involving back attitudes and arabesques, a turn combo with pencil turns into a brush battement, and a la seconde turns into a back arabesque leg hold turn.
Finally, we’ll learn a cool new 'surprise leap'!
