Floor work is often over looked and underestimated. This contemporary combo is done entirely on the floor, letting us focus on the details and textures, while emphasizing quality over quantity.
We’ll start with an Improv exercise to help us find the heart and soul of what we'll be dancing to. This class is all about creating a better understanding of the importance of floor work and all the ways it can help us.
