agreed, it's been helpful seeing all different levels and teachers to work with and either challenge myself or go back to basics. Now if only I can make sure I don't bother my downstairs neighbor :D
If we are a subscriber and we have questions about certain techniques or if we are doing it correctly, who can we reach out to? I unfortunately, keep getting slightly injured on the outside of my knee if I take classes for 4-5 consecutive days . Even though I make sure to warm up, cool down, and stretch. I recover after a couple of days of rest and ice, but I fear like I may not be doing something totally right and might be unintentionally hurting myself.
