I've joined the Space about 3 weeks ago and I really enjoy the classes. Even though it's fast-paced, the instructors have made it so fun and lifelike with all the commentary. I want to say to all thank you for taking the time to teach virtually!! You've provided an opportunity to learn from instructors we wouldn't otherwise get to learn from due to geographical distances.
Even though I've been working out every day since the lockdown in my area, I've been feeling the quarantine stiffness(not sure if anyone else feels the same way). I've lost my splits from being inside all the time and it's only been 4 months. Is there any way to have a technique/stretching class for those who are working back into dance conditioning? Like a recovery class? I've been good about staying within my limits but it's still frustrating to have lost so much progress. I want to get back to where I was in a safe manner.
