We're changing directions in Krista's class with some reverse jumps! We begin this class with a warm up that targets hamstring strength and mobility. Krista will teach a break down of this jump while Autumn and Alexis demonstrate how to execute it. Be sure to do a proper warm up before jumping to prevent injury and enjoy.
