In this class, we’ll focus on building the strength and technique needed for higher, cleaner jumps. We’ll start with block stretching to increase flexibility, followed by splits and core exercises to enhance alignment and control. Keep in mind the 3 Ps of jumps: power, plié, and push. We’ll dive deep into the importance of pushing off the ground and using it to generate lift. By the end of class, you’ll have the tools to jump higher and land with confidence, using power and technique to make every jump soar.
